Shocking Service Planet Fitness Bedforview!!!

<p>At the beginning of June i cancelled our membership with Planet Fitness due to us not being able to get to gym as my daughter had been very ill and we were spending more time at the hospital in pretoria than we were at home. Pointless to keep paying for something that we are not using. After endless fone calls and emails to Planet fitness i finally heard from a guy called Probaka on 24 Aug 2016. He promised to review the tapes as to wether we actualy did cancel our contracts or not and get back to me 48 hours later!!! Shocking accusation.. Whats more shocking is i never heard back from Probaka 48 hours later....I had to contact the call centre twice before i was finally able to talk to Probaka. He confirmed that i had actually cancelled!! Surprise Surprise!! We were also charged the levy for the year ahead after we told them we were cancelling.... I dont see that is ethical!!!!!! Probaka has promised to call me as soon as the refund goes through as they just keep charging us. Im waiting in anticipation to see if that happens. As they are still charging us up until September. Wow Amazing what these companies can get away with.. I dont see myself joining a Planet Fitness in the future. This is not the first time we have been promised something by planet Fitness and they didnt deliver. Not a Happy Customer at all. </p>
