Shocking service Planet Fitness

I logged my complaint on about 17 November. Still not resolved . They haven't even contacted me directly , on either cell or email. I will going forward , dissuade any friends ; work colleagues or family , from joining Planet Fitness. Their customer service has been shocking. Cant wait to see out the remainer of the 24 months
