Shocking service continues

Following my previous rating on Planet Fitness on the 19th November 2024, we received a phone call for someone trying to resolve the query. She promised to call my husband back on Friday the 22nd November 2024 and we are still waiting for the call. Not sure how long this is going to take to get the call. But yet again they ask for updated banking details which are provided and they are very quick to deduct money from their clients accounts but not resolve the actually issue.

So the shocking service continues. Planet Fitness you need to wake up and get your back office in order.
