Shocking service and trails of lies

Planet Fitness Greenstone sold us into a lie. After months of trying to get the promised feedback from them regarding my membership, I’m still yet to receive assistance. I have been to the club and spoke to the club manager JP. He assured me via message that my membership has been cancelled however this isn’t the case. He doesn’t take or return my phone calls and won’t provide me the name of his superior. Planet fitness is the worst when it comes to customer service especially once they have your signature on a membership form.
