can someone from planet fitness with authority please urgently call me, your call centre ( Zinthl) kept me on hold out of spite as we could not resolve an issue and i wanted to speak to a manager and i can not get to speak to anyone with authority , call centre agents do not seem to be able to help, i have also emailed a person in accounts but she too has not rep****
