Shocking, disgusting, ***********

My membership was cancelled 3 years ago and all of a sudden I got contacted saying I owe R17000.00!!! This is an absolute disgrace and shocking. The negligence of Planet Fitness is appalling by not cancelling my membership and instead decided to rack up a bill of R17000.00 and only now decided to start with collection. Not one telephone call in 3 years until now. My membership was cancelled 3 years ago and Planet Fitness needs to write of the bill as it was only caused by their own incompetence
