Shocking Debt and Unfair treament

<p> This is a second complaint I'm logging for this company. The first one was never resolved and they claim to have contacted me without any avail. They called me twice and I sent an email to say they may call at a suitable time and I called back to hear from them what they had to say, I was told the lady that was handling the enquiry was not available..Now they have handed me over to laywers. I gave them a call to find out what why am I being handed over without resolving my query, I spoke to a lady who advised me they will give me a 50% discount on the arrears which I was not happy about but I agreed and confirmed with the lawyers this 50%.I was never advised about any cancellation through out this time and Now they are telling me that the 50% is only applicable if I continue their membership with them. What witchcraft is this? Why am I being told different stories everyday? Each time I'm called by a different agent and I must explain how this whole thing started? They are saying they called me so many times whereas they only called twice and I responded. </p>
