Shocking customer service

On a few occasions, I've personally experienced bad service from consultants working for Planet Fitness; don't get me wrong, not all of them, I've come across 1 or 2 helpful, sufficient consultants.

The reason for me sharing my experience is merely to create awareness; sometimes a sales consultant can sing you a beautiful song to get you on board, once they've got you on board, serving and assisting you does not really matter.

If anyone wants to join, please read reviews, they do not lie.

I'm not someone to be exposing like this but I am shocked that a company who provides a service, can ill treat their clients this way and get away with it, as if it's water under a bridge. I'm really disappointed.

Wishing I could cancel my contract with immediate effect.
