Shocking contract T&C's

<p>I was able to continue my gym membership from Liberty OYLRewards programme to the same anount of 195+99(gym buddy) =R 294.00pm which is already a decent amount for a gym. Now all of a sudden i recieved a deduction for R848.00 due to not having spent enough time at the gym. NO ONE explained that this will happen,nobody informed me that this will happen if i do not attend often. How could you just then proceed with deducting 3 times my monthly premium without any discussion.!! I cancelled my contract but they womt issue a cancellation...and i will not pay any penalty fees. I am sorry but that is not what i signed up for.!!! </p>
