SHOCKING AND UNFAIR

I was absolutely shocked that Planet Fitness could submit a contract in someone else's name with my banking details attached to it after I clearly stated to the consultant when he phoned me, that I DO NOT give my permission to use my banking details. The person in question was under 21 at the time and just wanted to be tagged onto my son's contract. Granted, I didn't know about this as my son only told me afterwards that he was with him at the time and was going to tell me. The young man wanted to pay cash for the tag monthly but the consultant insisted that banking details had to be on the document. They were too young and inexperienced to know that the consultant had opened up a whole new contract with my banking details. This in my opinion is ***** as I did not give my permission. I have gone into Planet Fitness on numerous occasions over the past year requesting them to sort it out but to no avail. Where is the customer service??? They are very quick to serve you when it's new business but absolutely shocking in helping to resolve a customer's query. This incomplete contract was handed over to a lawyer and now the young man's credit will be damaged before he even starts his life. This is so wrong. Where is the integrity in this? The consultant should've been fired. Who's running this business? It's a poor show that this wasn't rectified a year ago. This has put alot of untold aggravation and misery on me. I have phoned head office, emailed them and even my husband has phoned. Who else to I turn to other than the Managing Director of Planet Fitness? Which will be my next step. Even the recovery agency doesn't seem to care that this incomplete contract that doesn't belong to me with my banking details on it is totally **********. Shocking, absolutely shocking
