Shocking administration

I signed to join the Newtown Just Gym as soon as it opens. The gym opened in Nov. I had to keep querying as to when my debit order would go off as first the joining fee was never deducted... then the first month rolled around, nothing... I queried with Admin.Newtown@just-gym as that was where I got notification that they were \struggling"to load my banking details"
