Shocking

Having paid 12 months in advance in cash. No one made contact saying your contract is about to end would you like to renew? Instead the next month rolls on PF debit order R599 just goes off. And when I question head office im told send an email..I've done this twice with no luck. I also just got info from the branch itself saying yes your 12month contract has expired but stil 2 months notice to cancel? Cancel what??
