I want to cancel my contract due to false advertising and services offeres. Im 1 day past my cooling off period and they refuse to cancel my contract without a penalty fee. I joined due to being promised that there is a planet kids and menlyn and to my suprise did not find one there. Really shocking to know that due to it being there mistake the still want to charge me cancellation
