With all the due respect please cancel my membership if you not gonna give me the service l deserve as a client...

You Planet fitness are a bunch of lies . You have no respect for your clients and your service is ****.

I joined you in October hopping to get good service but l regret why l left virgin Active.

You made me to join you because you said for the first Month m not gonna pay anything and to my surprise on that month you submitted a debit order. The following month l reffered a person and they joined .. The following month l wasn't supposed to pay as promised.

And because of your inconsistent and ****ty service you submitted another debit order in November...

To my surprise yesterday I couldn't gym because u said l owe you R40.

What the **** is R40 for?

Even the manager couldn't explain to me about what caused u to want R40.

He promised that he will look into my account and get back me , now the day almost over and still ***ol.

I phoned again this morning. Spoke to some lady who rude and she just disrespected me . Disconnected the call on my ears without helping me and she never phoned me.

Now l know this is how u **** around with people in order for them to Join...

Once we join you know we can't do ****...

Your service is pathetic. If you don't help me the whole South Africa will know about this.
