Shame on You -Planet Fitness You make it s difficult to cancel a contract, its almost beyond belief.

I am 66 year old pensioner and I feel exploited and frustrated

On 23 March 2020 I sent an e mail to my local branch (Buzz) canceling my month to month off peak contract. I Heard nothing and payments stopped being deducted.

No requests or anything. Almost a year later I get a letter of demand from Saya Recoveries which I chose to settle after some negotiation and answered their request to formal again cancel the contract. I was promised letter with 21 days acknowledging same.

Hard nothing again.

Today, I contacted the call center only to find that there is no record of my cancellation, settlement payment and my contract is still valid and in arears and I must pay another 2 months notice.

Is Saya Recoveries a ****? I just don't know what to believe anymore.
