Shame on you Planet Fitness

Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I had cancelled my membership and did not renew it at the end of mycontract. Email sent to ***@planetfitness as well as *** on recomendation of the PF Bedfordview manager. Planet Fitness failed to contact me . I did not receive any calls no any emails to indicated that I was in arrears. I called them to confirm my cancellation and again was told to send email to above. Today I received an email from Saya Recoveires which is also fishy. In the email they make it clear that they have tried to request payment numerous times (what the hell this is the first I am hearing or seeing this) Also in the email they have the amount but when I spoke to Saya Recoveries the amount magically went up!! What a **** and shame on you Planet Fitness!!!
