So… a consultant by the name Ofentse is so *********** beyond level zero… I got at Newtown planet fitness at 4:35 I tag and I am told that I am owing them to reasons known to them. Ofentse attended to me with no luck to finding out why do I owe them… manager is called and didn’t listen to his manager as he was explaining the solution to my problem because he was arguing with him, he took down my details wrote them in a piece of paper that he left there and disappeared with out helping or acknowledging me. Ofentse attended to 5 people without finishing with me… only at 25min pass 5 a lady consultant opened for me… at what time I was suppose to be on the floor already because there was load shedding scheduled for 18:00 that being the time I was suppose to finish because Joburg is very rough considering I use public transport… now tell me is this the kind of service that one must put up with… I am so blown away with this kind of service…Ofentse exposed my personal information everyone just next to the keyboard and POPI act protects me against us and the regulator will be contacted because wow... I feel so violated
