Selling Steroids and abusing members

On the 24th of April 2018, I lodged a complaint with Planet Fitness' call centre regarding their staff being abusive with me and my Fiancee, as well as the club manager dealing and using steroids. After being a member for almost 5 years, I expected at least a call back to follow up on my very serious complaint. Instead, they forwarded my complaint to the club manager and never bothered to follow up on the numerous emails I sent and calls to the call centre. In fact, the club manager has made snide comments and attempts to further belittle and intimidate me. It is clear to me that Planet Fitness and their Craighall club do not value my years of membership and payments enough to even call me to find out what is happening.
