Selling contracts based on false information

Signed up for a new contract, was advised that i would only have to pay tag fee if I join vitality. Joined vitality, told to pay R999 activation fee + R125 tag fee after numerously asking HOW MUCH i need to pay and being told everytime R125. Service is pathetic as if nobody knows what is going on in their admin department. More interested in selling false information to people then being open and honest.
