2016 planet fitness were opening a branch in calton centre, and 2 of their advisers approached me and my cousin Lesego Dinake, and offered us a 2 months free trial with them and they made us to sign a document and said it was for giving us the gym tag, then few days ago as I was applying for a vehicle I was told that i have a trace alert in my name, and when I investigated they told me it's from planetfitness and they say I owe them R8000. And when I ask planetfitness what's is that for they say I signed a full membership document for the gym, and when I explain to them that i did not sign up for that, I signed a 2 months free trial with them, they refuse and say I owe them.
