It has been difficult to accept that such a huge company actually ****med me. I signed up for the September campaign of no activation fee with Planetfitness Waterkloof. Not only was I charged an activation fee but I was charged more than that and for 2 months I was charged more than the monthly fee. I’ve enquired in person, emailed, called. No way forward. They changed managers for this gym and I was promised a way forward. The trainer who did the induction no longer answers the WhatsApp texts and literally ran the last time I saw him at the gym. Don’t make the mistake of signing up with this gym. It has been 4 months of run around and empty promises. You stole from me ! I'm tired and shall be exploring legal options to address this. I’ve extended so much grace and time to resolve this internally to no avail.
