****med by Planet Fitness!!! Such disgusting service!

<p>I was called by Cuthbert a sales agent for Planet Fitness for a "great" deal he said for R200 a month. The problem was which I discussed with him was that I will not be able to use the gym on a regular basis because of the business I am in. he then twisted my arm to the above mentioned offer of R200 a month. He then called his manager Gabriel who further sold us in adding a VIP facility of brining in one partner when coming to the gym and that only R100 will be added to the R200 deal that Cuthbert sold me on. We then confirmed that I will pay R300 per month and that it will not increase however I will lose the offer if I choose to cancel and come back again. All went well they were debiting R300 but this month on the 28th of January I was debited almost R900. When I called to enquire I was informed that neither Cuthbert or Gabriel work there anymore (not sure what that had to do with anything) I was told that some changes were made hence the amount is now R900. I was appalled by the service that I was rendered. How do they just make changes and not notify me! They just take my money like it belongs to them!!!</p>
