****ers and **** promises

I upgraded my discovery to main member and vitality but planet fitness charged me full amounts of R899 for 2 months.. Thats 8 months of gym fees for two months. I did hundreds of calls back and fourth and even a call before upgrading and was ensured that everything will happen automatically. I never got refunded for the first month and the second month they said they are not refunding me as they will not charge me the membership fees. So I inquired about the fees and instead of the R224.76 per month for the 75% discount they were gona charge me 340 something because apparently I have a black tag. The rep said it was a old contract. But I never ever had black tag and now they want to **** me or my refund even after they messed up twi e and gave me false promises. They are ***** and ********. I even confirmed with the sales rep at my local gym and he confirmed I never took a black tag and the amount I'm suposed to be paying is R224.76... From the begining I was promised a refund for both months because it's not my fault that they don't know their own policies and procedures. I called in before the first R899 was taken out to inform them about the change in my medical Aid. They advised me incorrectly and charged me full amounts. They did not even allow me to cancel because they said it takes a further two months to cancel. I regret ever signing up with this gym as they are ***** and ******* and none of them know their processes.
