When the gym said that a referral would earn a free month, they **** and then **** again. What is wrong with you?!? I spoke to Anna at the call centre this morning who confirms that this is not the case on my membership. The agent Patricia who I spoke to last week and a month ago confirmed that it was in process, the sales manager at my gym also said it is in process, yet nothing is reflected on the system. So no-one is getting a free month nowhere . . . It's not even for me - it's the principle - do you even know what that is? Or would you prefer something more up your alley like, MISREPRESENTATION OF BRAND and/or MISLEADING OF PUBLIC or perhaps: MISINFORMATION BEING DISTRIBUTED BY NEW ESTABLISHMENT???

When we signed up for seperate gym membership in the beginning of March my husband told Mandisa that he may have to leave at the end of the month because he works in a remote area and would prefer being black tagged on my account rather than a separate membershihp. She advised that he could have his own account and when membership needs to be upgraded or cancelled it would not be a problem and he can move to a black tag when the need arises. That need has since arisen and they refuse to allow this to happen because of a supposed CANCELLATION fee that was never part of the discussion, that was not the understanding or explanation that we were given. Even after mentioning that gym contracts cause a lot of unnecessary issues and that I am wary of such, I was assured no such would occur. The gym tells me to contact the call centre, the call centre tells me to contact the gym. Does anybody know what's going on there? Do you people even work or is just for show? I need to keep re-explaining this nonsense every single time!

I love my gym, but damn the administration is so fargone from the sales pitch and marketing gimics you have that after 2 months of queries and 2 weeks of complaints i am at my wits end trying to get a reasonable resolution.
