**** OF GYM MEMBERSHIP FEES

Planet fitness is a worse gym EVER. I sign a 12 month contract with them November I make notice that December its end of my contract I wont renew it , they must cancel . I was told to call the call centre and I did. January I was debited gym fee and I called to ask why and the call centre lady told me there was no note for my cancellation however she will put a not so that February they don't debIt me and cancel this contract and investigate why there was no notice for my cancellation and come back to me . Feb I got another debIt from them and I reverse and and blocked them. Now I received sms that my account is handed over to debt collectors I need to pay R500 something. I called debt collectors they told me I owe Planet fitness and them collection fees yet to me it make no economical sense I can fail to pay R300 and made to pay R500 something and yet they are the one promised to call me back after they have investigating why no note was put for my cancellation. worse part when you call them you use lot of airtime while putting on hold. STAY AWAY TO PLANET FITNESS THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL THAT CALL CENTRE CANCELLATION IS A **** TO INDEBT PEOPLE
