Planet fitness is a **** 🙄I do understand that we are going through the most as a country but reaping people off is something else to boast your profits. Had an account with planet fitness for 24 months contract which was suppose to end September and it didn’t apparently I need to call to cancel for what I don’t understand cause I signed a 24 months contract and that’s exactly how it was explained to me and now I’m told I should give a month notice to even think that since this lockdown I never set my foot in there, this is pure *******, the stuff is so ***********. You even get handed over just buy reversing one month, I mean where’s ubuntu in that treating your customers unfairly.. this need to stop you should explain to us when we join because you just recruiting us with lies nje and at the end we have to suffer
