Signed up for a free trial, the sales assistant insisted that I setup my banking details etc so that if Im happy its a seamless signup process. After training a week at the gym I visited the new planet fitness in brackenfell. The receptionist insisted that the have a strictly no kids policy. After which I contacted the gym and asked to cancel the trail and not continue the sign up process. No response was received. A a month later I received a debit order from planet fitness, after contacting them about, the support person tells me that I can cancel but theres a cancellation fee. I explained that I signed up for a trail but insisted I need to pay a cancellation fee because I didnt cancel in time. Its been 2 months now and Im still receiving debit orders from planet fitness.
