**********. No transparency or truth.

Planet fitness is a **** together with it's sales representatives. I went there in 2020 October and told the lady who was assisting that there's a possibility of me relocating at the end of the month so i wanted to see if there's a plan that accommodates short term contracts. She then said that i could join and cancel within 6 weeks without any additional fees if i end up leaving. I then went there to cancel after 4 weeks as my relocation was confirmed and i wasn't told anything. They keep deducting until this very day and when i call nobody wants to assist me. I was told about some auto renewal which was not mentioned anywhere at that time. It's almost 3 years now and I'm being forced to pay continuously for a service i only used for a month. They are not transparent and use false adverti*****t to get people to sign up. I'm not employed and that fee they keep taking is causing a huge inconvenience to me.
