Sanlam reality 80% gym fees

I signed up for at planet fitness greenstone in feb for the promotion for Sanlam reality, I app**** for Sanlam reality plus, signed all the necessary document and I was deducted R799 instead of R250. I called Sanlam reality and they didn't get me app that I did online. I have been inquiring with no assistance; it's been a back and forth with no clear information. I was sold a dream. I need this sorted asap. I won't pay another R799 this month.
