Sanlam discount benefits not what is advertised

Sanlam & Planet fitness discount not nearly accurate

Signed up with the sanlam Planet fitness contract and after 3rd month the advertised 25%-80% does not exist.

First 3 months are 40% fixed, Sanlam and Planet fitness denies this after that 20% only

Planet fitness who controls the payment order refuses to fix this, claims you need to call sanlam - they claim nothing can be done from their side
