Sales Manager extremely rude and disrespectful!

Hi there, writing a review on behalf of my old lady (Mother) of the Planet Fitness in The Village Center in Moreleta Park.

So my little sister signed a contract stating her monthly fee etc etc. Since she's been there, a few months now, every month she gets charge a lot more than what is stated in the contract. Every month there is a hassle, on the phone with Planet fitness, trying to resolve this over charging problem but it always happens.

A day or two ago, my mother calls to speak to a guy by the name of "Clever", who is the sales manager at the branch.

This guy is one of the rudest, probably most unhappy people I have heard of. After hearing how he was speaking to a client, a woman, with absolutely no respect, extremely rude, I myself wanted to go see him to put him in his place but was told to not get involved.

So we are attempting to try the HelloPeter way.

Please, teach your people some manners and teach him a little about customer relations.
