Sales guy was not honest, I was sold lies.

I signed up for a gym contract last year in October/November 2022 at the Bedford Club, there was a special to either bring a friend or select the second club. I advised the sales guy who signed me up that I would want to have a second club, but I wasn't sure then because I was planning to move houses at the beginning of 2023.

I called Lake club, and I'm told that I can't access their club as part of the package I had to choose when I was signing up. I was sold a dream, and this is bad customer service.
