Sal slange vang!!!!!

I joined Planet fitness through Vitality Health on a 24 month contract in July2019. In January 2020 when I checked my bank statements, I realized that I have been overcharged. I don’t understand how my monthly membership went from R279 per month to R419! They can't provide me a reason why it went up???? So I must assume they steel customers money. My money! You must have a reason to increase a debit order. Why can't they provide me with that reason?

Vitality Health stated that this is not supose to happen because I do qualify for a 30% discount on my gym fees.

I constantly have to phone their accounts department and request for a reason why did my fees go up??? Again... only answer I get back.... "72 hours mam".

Why don't they just do their jobs???????????
