****s and cheats!

Last year on the 28th of November, I believe, I received a call from Thabang Just Gym Glenanda telling me that it was the last day of their black Friday R99 deal. He told me this would be the amount for the next 6 months and said I had to pay R150 right then for the tag I believe, because if it reflects the following day, I will have missed out on the special. I then made a payment and everything was good to go. From the beginning of the transaction, there was alot of pressure to sign up that I even made a mistake in choosing my debit order date. I asked the implictaions if signing this contract in terms of what happens after the 6 months and he told me that you can choose to either continue with the contract or cancel. The biggest mistake I made was to take his word for it because now when I check because I was actually looking to put in my notice to cancel as it is done 2 months prior I believe, I was told I signed a 24 month contract. I asked for this t be investigated but I know I will be told that I signed a contract even though Thabang **** to me. I even texted Thabang on 29 May 2023 to confirm what happens after the 6 months and he didnt respond via text, he instead called me for just over 9 minutes and said I could cancel after 12 month and now all of a sudden, its a 24 month contract. Just look at the current reviews for this gym. Can someone make them accountable and be transparent to their customer. Yes, you need to read the contract but clear;y all that pressure was a tactic and left room for a lot of human error. I am NOT impressed at all.
