Rustenburg Cashan Club falling apart.

We are members for the past year, the service is going backwards by the day. There is not one morning that we go in that we have smooth sailing in the club where we exercise. Then the entrance door is not working, then the tags are not working, staff is unfriendly, treadmills are in a bad state, they paint while you try and exercise but this morning was the worse. We train at 5 in the mornings, there is a power problem since Sunday, this morning the generator keep on tripping, we had to leave the gym. This is terrible as I complained at head office and at the club manager regarding problems but it seems that they don't care. Maybe the club manager must be more at the club then he can see that we don't just complain. Worst gym ever!!!!! I am definitely calling Vitality also regarding this as this is very poor service. I heard that the club inside town is not better as friends moved from this one to that one but it's also full of problems. Now we know why Virgin active is so busy. We are very very unhappy with Planet Fitness.
