Ruimsig Planet Fitness

I am really disappointed in the way that Planet fitness Ruimsig treats their Clients. I am a member of Planet fitness for over 2 years now always paying my membership and Levy fees. Yesterday and this Morning I was refused access and humiliated in front of other gym members and this after that I have already paid my gym membership fees. I did not give any permission for them to change the debit dates on my account and now the want me to pay another R499 and R189 for December and then another R499 end of December. I always pay my fees on the last day of the month and now someone there decided that they will change my payment dates without permission of the account holder. Me and my pregnant fiance had to wait at the door for 30min just to be humiliated in front of other members. This is not how you treat loyal clients. Can someone please give me answers on this.
