Rudeness in planet fitness brakpan

This morning i was chased away by the reception manager of planet fitness brakpan branch Mercy. I paid my account at the reception on monday and she was the person to help me with the payment, this monrning my tag did not want to work , so i asked then can i go train and sort it out with head office , she refused. As i tried to talk to Mercy the reception manager to explain my situation, she kept on talking over me and did not want to give me one chance to speak. As a 2 year + client they did not want me to even speak or just have a morning session . This is unacceptable!!!
