RUDE! USELESS! AND VERY POOR SERVICE

The gym's administration is poor and the staff responsible are untrained and lazy! They do do not see to clients needs and are rude in interaction with clients. They cannot even equip themselves with working card machines to make payments for membership and after I tried to pay with 4 different credit cards, nothing went through. I am furious with the attitude and disrespect that the reception and manager have shown me. I strongly urge you not to apply for membership at this planet fitness as you will be ill treated! The receptionists and managers show a great deal of ****** when dealing with clients and sometimes let their friends into the gym without membership at all! There is serious issues with regards to management and staff at this gym!
