Rude Personal Trainer

<p>I was using the circuit, as I'm a new member I needed assistance with a specific machine with regards to adjusting the hight so I can use it properly. I saw there was a personal trainer on the floor, I said sorry (as in excuse me) and I was ignored. Then I said again "sorry" the guy quickly said WHAT to me and turned away obviously annoyed. So I just said nevermind, walked to reception and asked someone to assist me. I reported this to the manager, I showed him who the person was and told me to call the call centre. Since I have No feedback or apology here is my review</p>
