Rude, lying and unprofessional consultant and sales manager

When I a new branch of Planet fitness just gym opened in my area mall of Centurion I was excited but when I joined it was a nightmare. I wanted to try out a 1 week free trial as advertised on social media and a so called manager who I soon discovered was only a consultant by the name Bokang **** to me that there were no more free trials and I was forced to join on the following day after also being **** to that the R199 for 3mnths special was finishing that next day. There were also prizes to be won upon joining and i was promised i would get one and up to now i haven't received anything. I addressed this with the sales manager Lynette who was also very rude to me and told me she couldn't do anything for me as a client, she later on sent me an email stating the matter had been resolved and I as a client didn't get an retribution or compensation. All they want to do is make money and commission but they don't treat their customers well. I'm calling on the club manager to address this issue
