Rude agent and membership not cancelled

I have proof that I have mailed you the cancellation on 31 January 2023, to cancel my membership. I was contacted by a very rude lady today at 14:45 and she is did not even give me an opportunity to talk. I have cancelled the membership end of January and yet you collected another debit order this month. I have reversed this due to your incompetence. my cell ***
