Rude agent

Money was taken from a minor's bank account without the adults knowledge. When I enquired about this I spoke an agent by the name of Enzra. Who had a very condescending attitude. No customer service at all. Suttle rudeness. When I asked for her manager it took her 10minutes to come back to me and tell me that Lungi Mbatha the manager said she was too busy to come and talk to me. All I wanted to know is that why was my nieces account debited when the contract clearly indicated that she's a minor.
