Rosebank Planet Fitness lack of Compersion

On Tuesday I had free week access to try out the gym, I went and as I got there I was assisted by a consulted, they told me of this great special of not having to pay a joining fee if I take the contract there and than, I explained to them that I don't have money for the tag as I will be getting paid on Friday, they agreed that I will be allowed access up until Friday morning when I actually able to pay for the tag. On Thursday I was embarrassed by the general manager Rethabile whom denied me access even though I had an active membership, just that I had no Tag as I was paying for it the following day on Friday. She told me that she is not about to mess up her KPI for letting me in without a tag even after I had explained to her the situation. I had to turn back. For that I want my contract cancelled and ill try virgin active.
