Roid raging behaviour senior staff

Utterly disgusting behaviour by senior staff, absolutely no respect, and worse absolutely no feedback.

I have been a member for a few months, I used to be a personal trainer at Virgin Active for over 10 years, I have alot of clothing accumulated over the years which are branded Virgin Active.

One of the Managers / regional who is very rude, appears to me very aggressive maybe on steriods looking at the behavior, approached me about a month or more prior accused me of training clients amd part of it was the branded clothing I wore, so I agreed not to wear the branded clothing going forward which I did not.

Today I take a very good friend which I know for over 20 years, Dr Jashira Naidoo , who is absolutely disgusted in the behavior of this "Manager", he walks up to me as we talking and accuses me of training her, tells me he is going to investigate this and he rather cancel my membership instead of lose trainers, under any circumstance, how did this guy become a "Manager" with this road rage type of behavior? Who gives him the right to speak to members in this way? Im Embarrassed for the 2nd time by this person and I understand, due to being in good shape and having a buddy now and then and especially with the branded clothing raised concerns of me training people, I can totally understand this, however if he indeed did his investigations like he said he would the first time which he didnt, he would see that this month I probably brought a buddy with me maybe half the month or less, I train with my buddy, most times I shower and leave. I never ever came back a second time in the day with another buddy, or been to gym with multiple people on the same day etc, he goes on to say that I was with a buddy yesterday aswell. I took this Membership specifically so I could train with a buddy.

I would like to know how this is going to be dealt with? My friend was so uneasy with this roid rage like behavior that she wanted us to leave and workout at her home as she has a gym at home, I really cannot understand how this behavior is possible and why, the behavior of this person is not of a Manager with any sense of professionalism.

I would like to know what is going to be done about this, as the "investigation" that would provided the facts above has clearly not been done... The trainers insecurity is totally normal, however I have followed all of the rules and if they still believe this with absolutely zero facts to back this up then that is out of my hands. This is managements job to have investigated and put their minds at ease knowing that was not the case.

I would like urgent feedback, I wanted to put this on social media the minute it happened, however im going to wait on a response and take it from there...

I refuse to accept this behavior, whatever the reason for this behavior, I expect an apology at the very least from this unprofessional individual, and for him to look at the facts above and realize that hes totally out of line, I would like to know and speak to whomever he reports to aswell.

To date over 2 months and no feedback from anyone, called in 4 times, absolutely nothing.
