****** by the Planet Fitness Company

I was debited a substantially high amount by Planet Fitness on the 29/06/2018 when I should have been debited R216 and this was a mistake done by Planet Fitness. Now when I query this I am told a refund will take 14 working days this is wrong of them it it the end of the month and I have debit orders to go off my account. They are extremely unhelpful take forever to answer their phones and are sometimes very rude. I need my money back like now as this was not my fault my money was taken from me so why should I wait 14 working days which will be the 3rd week in July then I should be refunded with interest for each day! I want to know if Planet Fitness is going to pay by bank fees if my debit orders bounce as this is totally Planet Fitness fault!!!!
