The company is ripping us off. I need to cancel the membership of which I am left with 15 months and it was a 24 months contracts. I have paid the 2017 levy of which I only signed up for the gym membership on the 31st of October 2017 and the levy was deducted last year. And now that I need to cancel I am told that I need to pay R1675.20 when I ask the customer service Agent to break down the fees she tells me that 2018 levy is also included on the fees and she could not even break down where other fees are coming from.

I am so disgusted with the company ripping us off. And to top it all I have not even been time the gym in 2 months and they have been deducting.
