I am so flippen frustrated with planet fitness, this is not acceptable, i was on a month to month contract with planet fitness, due to me being unemployed i emailed customer services to terminate my contract, then all of a sudden i get a bill of 13142.00 this is unacceptable, i have canceled this, and now you hand me over to collections department, what bull**** is this
