I'm truly frustrated by being ignored by plannet fitness and them continuing taking my money from me, even after several complaints that they continue closing and sending emails saying my queries has been closed. how do you close a query that we have not concluded on and since your consultants hanged up on me for not being able to answer questions that i was asking.
