I tried rejoining planet fitness in Jan 2018 only to be told I owe you R 27 000. To my knowledge I cancelled your subscription in 2013 already, as I use to be part of the Wanderers gym. Since then you have not even gotten into contact with me with any sort of corresponce that I owe you...since I found out its been 2 weeks and no one can provide with an answer.I have called your call centre a few times and truth be told your service sucks. I have spoken to Tabi, thereafter spoke to Casandra and Koki and promised that a manager by the name Sharene Grove will call and till today she has not called. I have been told that you kept on renewing my contract, which I cancelled and now my account has been handed over to attorneys. I have requested for my original contract, proof correspondence till today no one has gotten back to me....you are ruining my credit record....and your call centre agents can not advise of what escalations channels are...I am frustrated and deeply dissapointed and disgusted by your poor attitude towards customers...
