ridiculous service

sales staff tell you one thing about pricing and then it is not the case, i was overcharged the first month i signed up in which they told me they will refund me in 14 working days(which is ridiculous on its own)but they only refunded me after 20 working days in which after payday then they planned on overcharging me again and then after speaking about it for the whole day they promised they wouldn't do it again and then they did it again. the staff need to learn how to do their job and learn customer service as it seems they do not care about their customer and are just very rude. if you plan on signing up to planet fitness, just know that what they tell you is not what you receive
